Spellafrica Makes Its Pitch At Demo Africa 2014

SpellAfrica is a Nigerian based startup that uses Microsoft Azure and Android technologies to teach users the English language.
It is a game concept that uses images to teach English lessons via mobile devices. The application hopes to provide an interesting way of teaching and learning English through the incorporation of eye catching images. These images are then used to describe a scene stimulate lasting impression in the minds and hearts of the players.

Spell Africa is one of the 40 Startups shortlisted from hundreds of applications made by various startups, from within the continent.
After two vigorous days of training at the Demo Boom Camp, the first group of demonstrators are able to pitch to venture capitalists, potential partners and even other tech enthusiasts using the Demo Africa 2014 paltform.
